Very professional with fair pricing. I needed a compressor installed. They ordered the part, scheduled the appointment and knocked it out in no time. I’d definitely recommend these guys.

How many times have you had a technician come out who has to get their boss to come and take a look at it becaus they can't figure it out? That is not the case with county line heating and air. The technician was smart, well equipped,and able to tackle the problem in only a few hours and that even included having to go get a park and come back. Not to mention the fact that he didn't just show up on time he was early. Which if you're like me then begins to make you think about all those guys you see driving around service trucks and driving like jerks. But I saw the same guy a couple days later and he was a safe and courteous driver too. In finality let me just say that if you need heat or air work done it's going to be hard to find anybody better than county line with fair prices and excellent service.

Nowadays it refreshing to know there is a company like this one. Honest, fair priced and hard working. My wife and I just bought a home that needed a new HVAC System installed. County line quoted good systems, answered our questions about the choices and differences after which chose the one we wanted. The crew showed up on time, professionally installed the system, provided information on the system and went over the operation of it with me. I typically ask lots of questions of personnel while doing projects like this for me and the knowledge these men exhibited to me on the system told I had made a good choice using County Line for this . Also they checked after the installation to make sure all was working as it should and ask if I had any questions. This is what makes a superior company in my view, great service before, during and after the job. Oh and by the way, The price they quoted was the price we paid. GREAT JOB Couny Line!

The efficiency and customer service from County Line Heating & Air is 5 stars! Recently, our AC wasn’t cooling correctly; a team member came to our house within 24 hrs and was able to diagnose the issue. He was polite, professional, and patient! They had to order a part for us which was done very quickly and then installed in a very timely manner. This was not our first time using them, they have also replaced our unit and duct work at another house. I trust their judgment when diagnosing and their quality of work!

County Line accepting my claim, responded and repaired my AC Unit within 3 hours from accepting the job. The technician was very professional and informative when explaining what was wrong and how he was going to repair my AC Unit. I would highly recommend County Line LLC Heating and Air!

Kaleb J was the technician who repaired my heating system on 4/4/24. I appreciate Kaleb taking the time to explain all aspects of what was going on with my system. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. As a customer I truly appreciate a Kaleb not rushing just to get the job done, he explained to me all possible options, for that I thank Kaleb. The team from County Line did an exceptional job in relocating my attic HVAC at a very affordable cost. This increased my usable storage space by an amazing amount.

We had our AC go out and was recommended County Line by a family friend. We called them on a Saturday and they said they would send someone out Monday morning. Unfortunately they were unable to service us on Monday because another call took longer than expected but apologized and promised someone next day. Luckily the weather had been cool and breezy and we didn’t mind leaving the windows up and waiting another day. They sent their technician Kaleb out to service us Tuesday morning. Kaleb installed a new capacitor and filled the coolant up for us and it’s working great now! Kaleb was professional, quick and friendly. He informed us that our AC was older and parts for it were no longer manufactured and would definitely need to be replaced soon and informed us of the benefits of doing so. We will be using County Line again for future AC needs.
